PinnacleESP 10 Years Old
PinnacleESP is celebrating its 10th Anniversary. We are very proud of our achievements and continue to work on highly successful projects with our Clients.

In 10 years we have grown and diversified and now offer a range of additional services such as Low Carbon Consultants, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments, these services are now a key part of our business strategy.

Lewisham Energy Reports - Carbon Crunch
PinnacleESP have been appointed by the London Borough of Lewisham to produce a number of detailed energy reports for various buildings owned by the Borough.

The reports will explore a number of different options aimed to give Lewisham an opportunity to reduce the carbon emissions from their buildings. The reports will cover items such as conversion of air conditioned buildings to natural ventilation, introduction of variable speed motors, introduction of voltage optimisation and zoning of heating systems.

PinnacleESP facilitates care at New Monmouth Home
PinnacleESP were employed as Building Services Consultants on the new build care village in Monmouth, Wales. The project included an array of different features for entertainment; living, education and socializing that are designed to enhance the life of the occupants. The project included a new 93 bed care home and 34 separate care apartments. The care home caters for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Mental Disorders, Old Age and Physical Disabilities.

PinnacleESP provides outdoor dining facility for John Roan School.
PinnacleESP were commissioned to undertake feasibility for the provision of an external dining facility within the grounds of John Roan School Maze Hill and John Roan School, Westcombe Park both in Blackheath, London.

The project was carried out using state of the art membrane technology for a tented structure providing the best light transmittance and negating the use of additional artificial lighting during day light hours for most of the year, therefore saving energy and helping reduce the schools energy consumption.

Park Campus simply the BEST
Park Campus School is the second of the BSF Schools to be built in Lambeth and follows on from the success of the Michael Tippets School. The School accommodates up to 80 pupils aged 11-16 with behavioural and educational problems. A wide range of carefully designed energy efficient services features will ensure that the energy consumption of this building will be significantly better than a contemporary school of this type and size.

New Pals at Westfield, London
PinnacleESP are delighted to have completed the fit out for Pal Zileri. One of Italy’s leading high end menswear fashion brands store opened in Westfield on 20th April. This is the Flagship store for Pal Zileri in the UK and will set the precedent for all other Pal Zileri retail outlets. One of the key features of the store is the specially designed lighting, which features unique backlit display cubicles, and environmental services which have been designed so that the internal environment will enhance the retail experience for all Pal Zileri customers.

Solar Energy? It’s in the Can!
PinnacleESP have carried out the services design of new residential developments within Canning Town. With a project value of £39m, the developments feature mixed tenure house and flats both low and high rise. The services design incorporates a solar thermal system to meet the hot water demand within the block serving thermal stores in each dwelling. The building was in an ideal location to capture energy from the sun and this was incorporated within the project. The Solar hot water system combined with the district heating strategy allows the client to closely monitor energy use, via the energy metering and Building Management System.

Heston, Signed and Sealed.
The £21m Heston Community School project comprises of several phases of new build and refurbishment works. The development consists of a state of the art community block and the existing infants and primary school buildings have been demolished to make way for a completely new build combined primary school.

Renewable energy is provided by a geothermal ground source heat pump system by providing both heating and cooling to the new school.

PinnacleESP success at Michael Tippett School
PinnacleESP are delighted to announce the completion of the multi award winning Michael Tippett School. Winner of the Best Design and the Judges Grand Prix prize Michael Tippett School is the first Special Education Needs (SEN) school to be built under the BSF Programme in London.

The design of the building incorporated a number of energy efficient features including a green roof and a combined heating power unit (CHP) for the heating of the hydrotherapy pool.

Jo Malone takes PinnacleESP ‘Up West’ to Westfield
This is PinnacleESP’s first project to take place in the new Westfield Shopping Centre in West London. PinnacleESP have designed the building services in line with the developer’s requirements whilst maintaining the high quality aesthetics required by the client.

Leadenhall, Streets Ahead
PinnacleESP have been commissioned to design the services for a new two storey extension at roof level to a 1930s office building in the heart of the city. PinnacleESP team have worked alongside the client and design team to come up with some innovative design solutions to deal with these challenges and provide a successful design solution.
