Project Type: Refurbishment of three Grade II listed offices and residential buildings

The project comprised the complete refurbishment of three Grade II listed offices and residential buildings, including mews properties to the rear of the main buildings.  PinnacleESP’s innovative approach to design allowed for all new services to be installed with the minimum disruption to existing finishes.


We were responsible for the design supervision and project management for the replacement of mechanical and electrical services. In line with this high-end office development aesthetics, we installed three new lifts with an attractive glass feature within an existing stair core.


Last minute requests to install a complete VRF air conditioning system was successfully achieved with careful design.
