PinnacleESP was appointed to support Fruition Properties as MEP consultants to undertake the detailed design of two captivating duplex apartments with a high-end specification at Westbourne Park Villas.

 

The scheme involved the demolition of an existing single storey extension and the erection of a three storey extension to the façade at ground, first and second floor levels.
