11-12 Bury Street is an existing 5 storey office block consisting basement to fourth floor open office space in the City of London. PinnacleESP worked with the architect and client team to produce sufficient scheme design for the planning application including a detailed sustainability report. We outlined the most effective option for renewable technologies to meet Building Regulations on this complex city site.
As part of the works, PinnacleESP assessed existing incoming infrastructure and made applications for upgrade to existing services to suit the new two floor extension. PinnacleESP went on to design the new building services to include new heating, ventilation, small power, lighting, fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm and lift services to the entire building.
