Deptford Park Station

 

PinnacleESP was commissioned to assist the appointed design team with project management, specifically overseeing the mechanical and electrical services design for this major station refurbishment project.

 

Our duties included attending preliminary meetings with the client to confirm the status of the project, then meeting with the consultant’s contractors, their specialist consultants and subcontractors to resolve any issues within the detailed design period.We carried out an audit of the mechanical and electrical services  specification and drawings, reviewing the position of CCTV, ICT and Telecommunications to ensure accurate details were provided to the subcontractor GRIP 5 design.
