The Grange Farm estate regeneration project in South Harrow consists of 574 homes, a new community centre and public square with improved play spaces and facilities.

This project is currently in Phase 1 with 68 rental properties and 21 properties for shared ownership, all of which will be affordable.
The current estate comprises of 282 flats and bungalows to be demolished.

PinnacleESP are working with Higgins Construction on this project with Phase 1 to start this Autumn and a project total completion estimate of Autumn 2021.
