PinnacleESP was appointed as part of a full design team to create a new headquarters for the South West London Strategic Health Trust within a two-year-old office building in Wimbledon, London.

 

The project included detailed negotiations with the client and landlord to ensure the environmental conditions were achieved across all areas of the building.

 

The design brief for the refurbished mechanical and electrical services stressed the importance for the new systems to be compatible with the existing systems already in place. A detailed controls philosophy ensured that the new VRF comfort cooling / heating system combined effectively with the existing chiller and fan coil system in use throughout the building.

The full security package included a full removal and replacement of the fire alarm system, installation of emergency lighting and an intruder alarm system.
