PinnacleESP was appointed by London Borough of Lewisham as project managers and building services engineers on this complex refurbishment project. The project included the remodelling of the existing Turkish baths and installation of a new leisure suite facility including steam room and sauna. This required replacement of the ventilation plant within the main pool and changing room areas, and also incorporated heating and domestic water services improvements.

 

The new main pool ventilation incorporates energy efficient glycol fill around the pipework to reduce energy losses.  The electrical services design comprised new sub-main distribution, energy efficient and controlled lighting throughout the building with new power and fire alarm installations throughout the remodelled areas.
