PinnacleESP was commissioned to design new mechanical, electrical and public health services for the conversion of the existing basement area within Barking Town Hall to accommodate new staff toilet areas and staff kitchen. The project incorporated new mechanical extract ventilation routed through to roof level. Duct work had to be accommodated within the confines of the existing building fabric whilst remaining hidden at upper storeys within the building.

New showers and sink facilities within the refurbishment demanded additional hot water facilities requiring the existing plant to be upgraded. New heating and hot and cold water distribution has been provided to all areas.
