PinnacleESP has been appointed by Taylor Wimpey to carry out the full MEP CAT B design for a high specification office space located in Brentwood, Essex.

This four storey building comprises a lower ground, ground floor and underbuilding car parking. The mechanical and electrical services systems proposed to be installed will be a VRF cooling system with heat recovery ventilation. Also, a state of the art LED modular lighting and raised floor system for power and data routing.
