PinnacleESP is delighted to have been awarded three new projects from Fruition Properties over the past year. Fruition is a niche property developer providing elegant and exceptional homes in North and West London.

 

PinnacleESP is working closely with Fruition to provide full MEP design services for all three developments which are due for completion 2016 and 2017.

 

Stormont Road, North of Clapham Common: Located just to the North of Clapham Common, the existing industrial premises will be demolished to create a new scheme of four-bedroom houses, with private roof terraces offering views across London.

 

Westborne Park Villas: Prominently situated on the corner of Westbourne Park Villas and Westbourne Park Road, this prestigious site, formerly the West London Buddhist Centre, will be transformed into two large duplex apartments, designed and finished to the highest specification.

 

49 Bassett Road: A beautiful period property which is being elegantly renovated into a mix of high-specification apartments and a luxurious single house within landscaped gardens. The development is in the highly sought after residential location - Oxford Gardens Conservation Area. A 12 month design programme, this development is due for completion in 2016.
