Greenshaw High School - £4.5m

This exciting expansion project for the design and construction team, comprises two main build elements. Firstly a new build three storey high extension and a remodel of existing school in several phases.  The initial drive for the project is to undertake the design for the new build as soon as possible - opening in September 2016.

PinnacleESP is providing full MEP design for this fast turnaround project from concept through construction and completion.

 

Cecil Court, LB Enfield - £4m

A £4 million re-development of Cecil Court in Enfield will see the former office building converted into 42 one and two bedroom apartments.  Over 36,000 sq ft of space, this new development is to the west side of the A105 London Road. PinnacleESP is providing full MEP design from inception through construction and completion.

The conversion from office to residential use was made possible thanks to Permitted Development, relaxation of planning legislation, which has been introduced to kick-start the building of new housing.
