PinnacleESP were appointed to carry out a full MEP design to replace the existing failing boiler plant on the site. This included providing Contract Administration services and managing the tender process.

All Nations Christian College is an English college, located on the Easneye estate near Ware, Hertfordshire. The site ranges across a number of acres with limited buildings comprising accommodation, conferencing, kitchen and dining, administration, teaching spaces and outdoor spaces.

PinnacleESP acting directly for the Client produced a phased design approach for carrying out replacement works whilst maintaining functionality of some systems for the duration. Particular challenges arose with the integration of new and existing systems, with part of the services installation being 150 years old.
