90 Monier Road, Fish Island is a proposed new 150 unit residential scheme in Hackney Wick with large commercial spaces over 3 floors. PinnacleESP are working with Taylor Wimpey East London and dRMM Architects to develop the site-wide services strategy and infrastructure for the development for planning submission.

The site has particular constraints to accommodate a scheme of 3 blocks in a tight footprint, surrounded by trees with TPO status with challenges to link each block core.

 

Early stage planning includes load profiling, assessment of plant, riser sizes and locations to ensure the next stages of development  have an agreed workable solution.
