PinnacleESP worked with Parkeray and LOM architects on this state-of-the-art music studio fit out.

 

Point Blank is at the centre of the music world, having being voted as the “Best Electronic Music School” by the readers of DJ mag. Its goal is to harness and demonstrate the creative process of making music at the highest level.

PinnacleESP carried out the full MEP design on the music college’s new studio complex. Facing and overcoming the difficulties of working on a constrained site with challenging services coordination, PinnacleESP was able to deliver works such as brand new lighting control and feature lighting, sensitive air conditioning and ventilation strategy. Exposed services are present throughout adding to the ambience of the studio environment. The studio is an exemplar centre where students are able enjoy new performance studios, teaching studios, central communal hub and office space.
