PinnacleESP has been appointed by John Rowan and Partners to undertake the surveys of all catering facilities within Royal Holloway University, Egham to determine the coordination and future life expectancy of mechanical, electrical and public health services and provide recommendations for remedial and replacement works.

 

The facilities on site range from small scale kitchenettes within student cafes, to full commercial catering kitchens for centralised dinner halls and refectories.

 

PinnacleESP will produce a 10 year programme for proposed works to assist the University with planned budgeting and preventative maintenance regimes.
