Sinclair House, West Ealing, comprised the construction of medium rise, mixed use towers for Dominion Housing Association.

 

Avenue House, facing The Avenue, accommodates 1200m² of office space on the ground and first floors, and provides 20 residential dwellings accommodated over the second to seventh floors.

 

PinnacleESP’s detailed design ensured that energy efficient heating and lighting were integrated into this complex project. By utilising the central boiler plant to deliver energy to heat stations within each dwelling and the use of heat reclaim technology within commercial spaces, we produced well balanced low carbon buildings.
