STEM Academy

 

PinnacleESP worked with Mace and Mansell and the STEM Academy team on the conversion of an existing six-storey existing office building in City Road, London. The building was transformed into this exciting new Sixth Form Academy.

 

STEM offers student places to young people aged 16-19 from local communities in Hackney, Islington and across London.

 

PinnacleESP acted as MEP designers on behalf of the contractor to carry out all aspects of the mechanical and electrical design on the academy. Works included structural adaptions and complete new services throughout the site including air source heat pump systems, heating, mechanical ventilation, lighting, power, alarms, access control and ICT systems.
