PinnacleESP was appointed by Royal London to carry out building services design for a new car show-room in Hedge End. The project is designed to double the capacity of the previous site to 2145m2. This new Volkswagen retail concept will boast a 12-car showroom with spaces for 60 pre-owned Volkswagens; increased customer parking, as well as a valeting station, MoT and servicing bays. There are also back of house offices parts stores and a staff canteen facility.

PinnacleESP provided design for all services including a new sub-station; heat pumps for heating and comfort cooling; heat recovery ventilation; lighting; emergency lighting; external amenity lighting; plant and small power; IT wiring and  connection; telephone system, door entry and access control.
