This project comprises a 50 bed hostel accommodation that is to be constructed over ground and first to sixth floors, with a seventh floor to accommodate plant for the development. Ground and
first floors will accommodate management, amenity, staff and ancillary spaces. Second to sixth floors will provide mixture of en suite and non en suite single and double bedrooms. 

 

Our team will be designing the full MEP services for this £9 million development.
