PinnacleESP has been appointed by Fruition Properties to carry out full MEP design duties for the design and construction of nine new build high-end homes in Battersea.
Each house is individually serviced with gas fired boiler, serving the wet underfloor heating and hot water storage cylinder.
New utility meters were provided for the gas, electric and water.
The electrical services include LED lighting, small power, security access control, fire alarms and telephone and data systems.
