Data subject(s) are able to complain to PinnacleESP about:

• how their request for access to data has been handled

• how their complaint has been handled

• appeal against any decision made following a complaint

 

Data subject(s) lodging a complaint with PinnacleESP’s GDPR Owner are able to do so by emailing the GDPR Owner, Alex Smart at PinnacleESP info@pinnacle-esp.co.uk.

 

  • Complaints received will be directed to the GDPR Owner for resolution

  • Complaints are to be resolved within one month

  • Appeals on the handling of complaints are to be resolved within one month

 

If PinnacleESP fails to act on a data subject’s access request within one month, or refuses the request, it sets out in clear and plain language the reasons it took no action/refusal. PinnacleESP will also inform the data subject(s) if their right to complain directly to the supervisory authority. In doing so, PinnacleESP provides the data subject(s) with the contact details of the supervisory authority and informs them of their right to seek judicial remedy.

The person responsible for this Privacy Policy and for monitoring its application in the first instance is the Business Manager, who will undertake an annual review. The annual results will be discussed and any amendments agreed with the Company Directors.  Alex Smart, Director has overall responsibility for the monitoring and delivery of this Policy.
