Substructures progressing at Banstead Place

Great to see substructures progressing on Banstead project with foundations being poured to the new build apartments.
This is an exciting and interesting project to be a part of in with a mixture of new build and refurbishment of a Grade II listed buildings.

Renovation work on Liverpool’s iconic Martins Bank building

We are excited to be part of the design team for this fantastic renovation project at Martins Bank, Liverpool’s Iconic Grade II* listed building situated on 4 Water Street.
Take a tour around the vaults, banking hall and board room of Martins Bank Building before the renovation begins. We're excited to start bringing our clients plans to life this summer, transforming this historic jewel into a hybrid mix of work, social and restaurant space.

New Office and Residential Units in The London Borough of Tower Hamlets
February 2022
PinnacleESP were appointed by Tower Hamlets as part of the design team for the Bancroft TMC and Wickford Street site.
Tower Hamlets identified two sites to house new office space for Bancroft Tenants Management Cooperative, Womans Inclusive Team and 15 Residential Units from Ground to Fourth Floor and a separate site to house 18 residential units from ground to fourth floor.
Redgate School, Expansion and Remodelling works
December 2021
Pinnacle ESP were multi-disciplinary lead consultants on behalf of London Borough of Croydon on the new 1st floor staff facility extension and remodelling of the existing staff recreational and kitchen facilities at the Redgate School in Selsdon.
The projects value was £450,000.00 with a project completion of December 2021 following a 6 month construction programme.

Since the new London Plan has been in force, PinnacleESP have been actively looking to implement new technologies and design ideas to comply with the policies in place to aid London’s growth. Our engineers are experts in IES thermal modelling software utilised to capture the latest changes.

Welwyn Hatfield Council PSDS Application
January 2022
PinnacleESP were commissioned by the Welwyn Hatfield Council to undertake the Stage 2 design as a feasibility study to support the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) application for The Art Theatre at Campus West.
CAT A Refurbishment nearing completion!

We are pleased to see this CAT A refurbishment nearing completion at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole, Dorset.
PinnacleESP worked directly with the design team to design a CAT A office fit out to upgrade the existing dated office areas.
The design incorporated replacement of life expired and failing main heating plant and completing new mains and submain distribution throughout.
9 new commercial units in Hackney

We are delighted to announce our involvement working alongside Thomas Sinden on Fish Island Village, Hackney. We delivered a full M&E design of 9 commercial units operated by The Trampery. These units are addressing the challenge of providing entrepreneurs with a workspace to grow their business. Low energy design is considered for all the commercial units.
