The construction of a new build block of flats comprising 14 dwellings for Mears New Homes.

 

Pinnacle ESP are appointed for the design of mechanical and electrical systems for the development to provide efficient and robust MEPH systems for the shared ownership dwellings.

 

In addition, Pinnacle have designed a photovoltaic system for the site which not only enhances the SAP and EPC ratings for the apartments, but also meets the local authorities planning requirement of offsetting at least 10% of the sites carbon consumption by use of a renewable technology.
