Client: Metropolitan Housing Trust

Project Value: £2.1 million

Project Type: Conversion of Georgian properties into a special needs facility

This project comprised the conversion of a number of Georgian properties into a managed special needs facility comprising 16 self-contained flats with a communal space for Metropolitan Houses Trust.

In order to fully meet the requirements of the building users, all services elements were designed as anti-ligature with no hard or sharp finishes. Mechanical and electrical services were designed to be concealed within the building fabric.

The Centre is provided with a sophisticated security system to manage ingress and egress to the building, including digital CCTV to record all activity on site including face recognition.
