PinnacleESP are working with Darwin Group to provide Mechanical and Electrical services to the new Reception / Nursery extension and remodelled music centre at Eagle House School, Sandhurst. 

The extension building comprises of a Library area, teaching spaces, staff areas and toilet accommodation. The remodelled area creates a music centre comprising of practice rooms, staff areas, performance area and improved toilet facilities.

In addition, we are also providing a detailed schedule to help achieve BREEAM targets of 'Very Good', including a Daylight Assessment and Thermal Modelling Report.

Our services will include heating and cooling, ventilation, hot and cold water distribution, sub-main distribution, lighting control, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
