PinnacleESP has been appointed by Paragon to carry out the mechanical, electrical and public health services on the sensitive renovation of three heritage buildings into new office accommodation.
9-13 Grape Street is a building of significant architectural character which has demanded a delicate approach to its redevelopment. The existing façade is retained and a new fourth floor created in a mansard roof.
The services consist of VRV heat recovery air conditioning system, LED lighting, central services, lift and w/c facilities.
The services are designed and installed to a CAT A fit out to BCO standards achieving a BREEAM excellent rating.
