Ocean Estate

 

PinnacleESP has been commissioned by Higgins Construction to undertake the mechanical and electrical design for the Ocean Estate project.

 

The project comprises three residential blocks between two and 13-storeys high with a total of 225 residential dwellings located in London Borough of Tower Hamlets and includes building services, landscaping, basement parking and gymnasium.

 

This project also includes the design of an energy centre with CHP which will be serving all blocks, and incorporating photovoltaics. The buildings will be over two Crossrail tunnels and will need to take into consideration major sewer diversions.During construction, there will be a temporary substation which will be converted into a permanent one later on in the programme. There will also be site-wide infrastructure for gas, water, telecoms and electricity.
