Project Type: Secondary school expansion

PinnacleESP has been appointed as MEP designers for a new three storey classroom building at St Aloysius College (SAC).

SAC is a Roman Catholic boys school with approximately 1150 pupils between 11 and 19 years. The College is part of Islington Sixth Form Consortium along with Central Foundation Boys’ School, Highbury Grove School and Highbury Fields School.

This new project is for the construction of a new standalone three-storey classroom building of approximately 555m². The proposed new teaching block will provide teaching accommodation for 180 pupils in six 62m² classrooms. The project will also involve extensive earth works and excavations in order to get the levels to align with existing sixth form block and MUGA.
