An 85,000 sq ft former data centre and an office building at Thames Valley Park are to undergo an £11 million renovation including remodelling and fit out.

We will be working alongside Design and fit out specialist contractor Area, Paragon Building Consultancy (project manager and quantity surveyor), and branding company Mammal, to deliver the 85,000 sq ft project on behalf of US-based private equity firm, Spear Street Capital.

PinnacleESP will provide MEPH services comprising boiler and chiller system upgrades in TVP1 and a full upgrade of all systems in TVP2.

​

TVP1 will be stripped to shell and core before a fit out of all three floors. TVP2 will undergo cosmetic changes with a new shower block installed, supporting tenants and local commuters. Both buildings will form one campus with a coffee shop and landscaped interior.

TVP1 and TVP2 will be renamed Earley East and Earley West once the 30-week programme is completed.
