PinnacleESP has been appointed by Thomas Sinden as MEP designers for this new residential development on the site of a former office block. This will include 87 one-and-two bedroom flats for affordable and intermediate rent.

Pinnacle ESP has been commissioned to provide the MEPH services design for this development comprising cold water boosting; separate gas metering to each dwelling run internally to serve combination boilers for heating and hot water and electrical services with compliant energy efficiency lighting.

The buildings will meet Part L:2016 and all planning requirements including provision for photovoltaic panels.
