Energy performance evaluations for newly constructed and remodelled residential properties utilise Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations. These calculations serve to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulation Part L and play a key role in informing Energy Statements.

In the case of commercial developments, assessments are conducted using the Simple Building Energy Model (SBEM). This model is instrumental in demonstrating adherence to Building Regulations Part L.

Upon project completion, we handle the submission of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to the Government Register on behalf of our clients. This ensures compliance with regulations and provides transparency in energy performance documentation.
