The mechanical engineers at PinnacleESP are also low carbon consultants and provide expertise in energy strategies, heating, ventilation and air conditioning as well as waste disposal systems, building automation systems and controls.

 

Electrical Engineering

Our electrical engineers’ expertise includes general power, lighting design, fire engineering, lift design, IT services, door entry systems, CCTV, intruder alarms and lightning protection. Special fields of expertise relate to site-wide infrastructure design including all design works and negotiations with the relevant statutory authorities.

 

Public Health Engineering

Public Health engineering is essential and integral to the health of residents and occupiers. Our services comprise above and below  ground drainage and associated water and hygiene solutions, rainwater and soil vent pipes including co-ordination through the building floor levels, distribution systems and ventilation for high rise buildings.
