PinnacleESP provides project management services for our clients, working closely with them from inception through construction and completion.

 

Our methodologies and approach are derived from over 25 years' experience of working with our public and private sector clients.  Many of PinnacleESP's projects are complex and there are often multiple projects let within one contract, resulting in the need for us to take the lead role.  We bring together the design and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to budget and to the highest standards our clients expect.

 

We consider all aspects that affect the success of projects.  We are experienced in contract administration, whole life costing and life cycle costing - putting emphasis on the commercial aspects of each project. We look to providing the right design solutions and we are not afraid to challenge the design and construction teams to ensure our clients get the right solution for them. 

 

At construction stage, we work closely with the main contractor and sub-contractor partners to ensure the projects are built in a timely way, and with accuracy and compliance.
