PinnacleESP has been appointed by Taylor Wimpey as MEP designers for 419 Units located in Chelmsford.

 

The new development is a new build residential project comprised mix tenure dwellings of 419 units built as five distinct blocks with both internal and external car parking.

​

The various cores within each block are served independently from a centralised boiler system which, in turn, feed HIU units to each dwelling. This allows for the proposed phased upon completion and occupation of each block required by Taylor Wimpey whilst maintaining compliance with The Energy Statement for use of separate arrays of PV panels.
