PinnacleESP have been appointed by Thomas Sinden Ltd to provide RIBA Stage 2-6 MEPH design services and Energy & Sustainability Services for a new Classroom Block at Colegrave Primary School.

The Project comprises a new build facility to enhance the School’s ability to contribute to the boroughs educational needs and delivered via Newham’s Special Educational Needs Programme.

​

The new standalone building will integrate 5 new classrooms and specialist PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulty) teaching areas.    

      

The Stage 4 MEPH Detailed Design has been completed via a combination of AutoCAD & REVIT, providing 2D layouts for the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and public health services including 3D model for the plantroom design.

 

The Building Services Solution eradicates the use of fossil fuel by providing Air Source Heat Pump Technology to heat the main areas utilising underfloor heating.  Low carbon ventilation systems are provided to the Classrooms and other areas. Photovoltaic panels are to be provided on the Roof of the building to further reduce the Carbon Footprint of the new facility.
