PinnacleESP were appointed by Thomas Sinden to carry out the Stage 4, 5 & 6 MEPH services technical design for 67-69 Croydon Road, Caterham.

The scheme incorporated a Metsec Steel Framing Solution (SFS), which provided challenges across the design process to ensure coordination of distribution services without comprising the building structure.

In addition to ongoing support to the design team through thermal dynamic analysis of the building fabric through SAP calculations and IES modelling.
