PinnacleESP was appointed by Woodford Heating and Energy on phase one of this significant building services project. Phase one is made up of 259 new build apartments across six blocks with eight commercial units and a basement car park.

PinnacleESP designed the mechanical services including the heating, which will be provided by a combined heat and power unit, backed up by high efficiency gas fired boilers. Low temperature hot water will be circulated to the blocks by four variable speed zone pumps. A heat interface unit within each apartment will provide domestic hot water. Portable water will be stored in within the basement. The pressure will be boosted for delivery to the apartments and to a sprinkler system for the taller 11-storey blocks.
