PinnacleESP were appointed through Colliers on the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design services on the 5,813sqft CAT A Office Refurbishment of 1 Finsbury Square, London.

 

The scheme consisted of a complete strip out and replacement of mechanical and electrical services on the 6th floor and design of new LTHW and chilled water heating and cooling systems, fully ventilated supply and extract system with heat recovery from the building’s centralised Air Handling Plant.

 

The electrical works comprised new mains and sub-mains, small power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and access control systems.

 

The works were successfully completed in February 2023.
