PinnacleESP were appointed by Colliers to provide MEPH design services for Fleets Corner Business Park.

 

The project involved the remodeling of a 30acre existing business park and the associated engineering works involved.

 

Pinnacle ESP undertook a site wide space planning feasibility study for the proposed works, leading onto the detailed design of the below ground services and site infrastructure.

 

The proposed works required new utility applications for proposed and future works and the coordination of the incoming services to the remodeled warehouses and offices. Under the same process Pinnacle ESP provided the site design for an Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) network with future provisions to expand as demand increases.

 

The scope also included for the refurbishment and Cat A fit out of  4 logistic centers, totaling in excess of 315,000ft2.

 

Following the successful commercial fit out works Pinnacle ESP’s scope was extended to provide the detailed design for the CAT A fit out of the existing office buildings.
