PinnacleESP were appointed by Project Managers Colliers as part of the Design Team for the refurbishment of existing office space at Waterloo House and Fleetsbridge House at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole, Dorset.

 

The Hermes owned business park offers a mixture of office and warehouse space with existing tenants coming to the end of their tenancy.

 

PinnacleESP worked directly with the design team to design a CAT A office fit out to upgrade the existing dated office areas.

 

The design incorporated replacement of life expired and failing main heating plant and completing new mains and submain distribution throughout.

 

The office space design incorporated new LED lighting and dali dimming controls as well as new MVHR ventilation systems and a replacement of the perimeter wet radiator heating system to new high efficiency air conditioning system.
