PinnacleESP has been appointed by Higgins Construction as the MEPH designers for Phase 1 of the proposed redevelopment of the Grange Farm Estate.
Phase 1 works include the demolition of the existing resi-form housing and replacement with 89 mixed tenure units. The proposed services include a new heat network system, a boosted cold water and sprinkler system, renewable energy systems, power installations, IRS system etc, for Phase 1, but suitable for connection and expansion to serve the future Phase 2 and Phase 3 redevelopment of the estate.
Below ground services, utility services and other estate wide services relocated to enable phased relocation and repositioning of roads whilst ensuring services to remaining properties on the estate are retained.
