PinnacleESP produced the services design for a two storey extension at roof level for this challenging project in the financial centre of the City of London.  The building is a commercial property comprising seven existing floors of office space, plus ground floor and basement, originally constructed circa 1930.

The extension to create two floors provides new office space and a roof top restaurant, approximately 870m² at 8th and 330m² at 9th floor. New lifts and extensions of the existing lift shafts were included in the design. Mobile transmitter masts and plant rooms were relocated. All of the works was carried out whilst the building was in occupation.
