PinnacleESP are working with Carnegie Steel providing MEPH design and sustainability services from RIBA Stages 2-6 for the proposed refurbishment and extension of an existing 6,050m2 Class E two-storey commercial building located in Manor Royal, Crawley.
At Planning Stage PinnacleESP provided energy and sustainability services assisting with obtaining planning permission through the production of Energy Statements and Water Neutrality Reports to ensure the proposed project is in compliance with the local authority guidelines.
The Stage 4 MEPH Detailed Design has been completed in AutoCAD REVIT, providing 3D design services for the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and public health services. The new building services are proposed to be all electric low carbon alternatives to provide heating and cooling across the building. The project also includes the design of an ISO Class 8 Clean Room under the client’s requirements.
