PinnacleESP was commissioned by Mace to design the infrastructure and MEP services for their new school site in Southwark London. The project consisted of remodelling the existing Ledbury Hall. 

 

The overall development incorporates a primary school, COLA sixth form college and low and high rise residential. The four storey residential building is located directly above the school, with coordination of soil vent drops and the mechanical ventilation system within the school being a key design element within the design.
