PinnacleESP worked in partnership with Galliford Try to deliver this landmark development.  Tidemill is a regeneration scheme located at the centre of Deptford, comprising a new primary school, library and community facilities, 11 new commercial units and 38 residential apartments.

 

The project was designed to produce a low energy environment using biomass boilers, combined heat and power units (CHP), passive ventilation, and daylight and presence controlled lighting systems throughout the spaces.  All ICT, access control, security and CCTV systems were designed to run over the ICT structured cabling infrastructure to allow interconnectivity, whilst maintaining high levels of security for the different user groups within the building.
