PinnacleESP were appointed to undertake Stage 4B and 5 MEPH design for the infrastructure and fit out of 526 plots across 4 blocks, including the 35 storey Cassini Tower, a new landmark for the White City Living development for St James – a development with impressive speed and scale.

 

Design services to BIM Level 2 included district heating by CHP and gas boiler central plant, BMS control systems, LTHW plant and distribution, CHW plant and distribution, MVHR Ventilation and CHW Cooling to Apartments, HIUs, underfloor heating, Packaged Utility Cupboards, building and rainwater drainage, Fire Safety systems, LV network distribution, Lighting and Power services, IRS, Security and Comms.
